Prices include:

• use of the swimming pool
• centralized breakfast (from June to September)
• all dammusi are fully equipped
• weekly change of towels and bed-linen
• daily cleaning (except kitchen and dishes)
• normal water, gas and electricity consumption

Discounts:

• 5% if you stay 2 weeks
• 10% if you stay 3 weeks
• 15% if you stay 4 weeks

Conditions:

• At booking, a down payment of 30% of the full amount. The balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival. Full reimbursement of the down payment is made if you cancel at least 4 months prior to your arrival. If you cancel within three months, half of the down payment will be reimbursed. Under 3 months, no reimbursement.
• When handing over the keys, we ask you for a deposit of 500 euro, which can be paid by credit card or cheque and will be returned to you at the end of your stay, minus any additional costs (damage, water and electricity in excess of the agreed amount, additional cleaning, etc.). Full details are set out in the contract, which will be sent to you prior to confirmation.
